I'm Sameer Raichur (b.1986), independent photographer based out of Bangalore.
I completed my diploma in photography from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in Turners Falls, MA in 2012 - necessary course correction after a bachelors degree in the law.
My work frequently revolves around the themes of childhood, and family.
I primarily work in the areas of portrait and documentary photography.
I am currently working on a year long assignment in India, travelling over land and documenting the lives of people engaged in the Sari industry.
